Arrival and departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 5 p.m. Check-out is no later than 11 a.m.
Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
Early check-in cannot be confirmed: our team needs the scheduled time to prepare your cottage.
Can I arrive late?
Yes. From 5 p.m., you can check in independently using the keypad lock. Please read the instructions sent before your stay.
Is there a reception desk?
There is no on-site reception desk. Check-in is self-service with a keypad lock. Instructions are sent by email or through the platform used to book.
What should I do before leaving?
Wash the dishes you used and place your garbage and recycling in the designated bins near the road. Also follow the check-out instructions sent for your cottage.
Can I leave my vehicle after my stay?
No. Parking is reserved for the duration of your stay. A vehicle left after check-out may be towed at your expense.
Booking
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Contact Prohost Québec, the management team that sent your confirmation, at location@gestionprohost.com.
I cannot find my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and the email address used when booking. If you still cannot find it, email location@gestionprohost.com.
Can I pay in cash?
No. Payments are made online by credit card only.
What is the cancellation policy?
Check the terms displayed when you booked through our booking engine or the platform you used, such as Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com.
Can I book just one night?
One-night stays are generally unavailable. They may be offered when a single night remains open between two stays. Check availability online.
Are there rates for groups or long stays?
For a large group or a stay of ten days or more, send your request to location@gestionprohost.com.
Do you offer corporate rates?
Standard rates apply. For a large group or a stay of ten days or more, email location@gestionprohost.com to discuss the options.
Equipment and services
Where can I find the Wi-Fi password?
Wi-Fi is free. The password is in your arrival message, the cottage guide and on the television sticker.
Do the cottages have air conditioning and heating?
Yes. All cottages have air conditioning and electric heating, with adjustable temperature controls.
Are the barbecue and propane included?
The propane barbecue is available from April 15 to October 31. Propane is included; contact us if you need a replacement tank.
Is there an electric vehicle charging station?
No, we do not have an on-site charging station.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not provided, but coffee is included. For places to eat in the area, explore Le Montagnais, Le Marie-Beaupré, Café Apollo and Microbrasserie des Beaux Prés.
Is housekeeping provided every day?
No. The housekeeping team comes at the end of your stay only.
How do I request supplies or help during my stay?
Send a written request through the messaging service of the platform used to book, or email location@gestionprohost.com.
Can I watch movies?
The cottages have a Roku smart television with access to apps such as Netflix, Disney+, Crave and Radio-Canada. Sign in to your own accounts where required.
House rules
Are pets welcome?
Yes, for an additional fee. Add your pet to your reservation.
Can I add an extra bed?
No. Each cottage’s maximum occupancy must be respected: six guests in cottages 16, 20 and 22, and four guests in all others.
Is smoking allowed indoors?
No. All our cottages are entirely non-smoking.
Can I have visitors during my stay?
No. Additional visitors are not permitted, and the cottage’s maximum occupancy must be respected.

How do I get to the river?
The river is about a two-minute walk from the cottages. Check the cottage guide for access details and respect private property.
